Order Status

Checking on an order you just placed? Please email orders@atlantictan.com. Please include order number along with name your order was processed under. Request received after 3:00pm will be answered the following business day.

Using My Tax Exempt Number

If you are a NEW nontaxable customer, please fax your tax certificate to Atlantic Tan at 1-704-455-7846. Include your telephone number and order number if applicable. Your order will be taxed and a refund generated as soon as we have received approval from our Tax Department.

Sales tax

Atlantic Tan charges sales tax on orders, based on the destination of the order, in accordance with state and local tax laws. Atlantic Tan has a business "presence" in North Carolina, therefore we are required to charge sales tax based on the tax laws of that state.

We do accept in our store cash, check and credit card at the register for a AtlanticTan.com placed order

Canceling an Order

Call us right away at 1-800-831-7649 or send us an email. Most orders are transmitted almost immediately to our warehouses and we may not be able to cancel your order.
