Ballast Electronic 10-Pin 110 / 220Volt

This is a 100 watt electronic tanning bed lamp ballast. The ballast controls 2 100 watt lamps if powered by 110 Volt, or 1 100W lamp if powered by 220V.  It comes wired for 110V, to convert to 220V please snip (break the connection) on the J2 staple.

This item was often used in older Sunquest tanning beds that run off of 110 volts.  The newer Sunquest tanning beds most likely will not have this ballast.
